Hi Pam!! definitely try Tae Kwan Do. When I started Kung Fu I had no idea how much I would love it. What I thought would be a month experiment has turned out to be something quite marvellous in my life. I am constantly doing things that I didn't think were possible, like breaking a wooden board in 2 with my hand, or carrying someone my own body weight across the room. Now I can do 47 push ups in a minute ( and they are real push ups) and I have made some great friends too.
Let me know how you get on with Tae Kwan Do!!!
warmly

Running across this post I have to smile. I have a friend who is gently urging me to try Tae Kwan Do. Maybe this is a sign that it might be best to seriously consider giving it a try.

Nice post. Thank you.

I agree with your above point.
I've been practising T'ai Chi Chuan (a form of Kung Fu)off and on for many years. I appreciate how the glowing hands and fingers, and the syncing of body and mind can reduce stress.
